Studio Workshop with Jerushia Graham: Drawing with the Blade - Papercutting Basics

In a workshop led by Hunter Invitational V artist Jerushia Graham, participants will discover the beauty of papercut practice as a way to encourage focus and meditation.

Participants will learn about the papercutting traditions of cultures around the world and then be assisted in creating a cut of their own design using a reference image they bring from home, a magazine source image, or a printed template provided in the workshop

All skill levels are welcome and all materials provided.
