Martin Luther King Jr Day of Hope and Community

Monday, January 19, 10 AM – 5 PM

Enjoy free admission as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and launch our year-long celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.

From 1–4 PM, explore family-friendly art activities and gallery experiences inspired by Dr. King’s dream:

  • 1 PM – Meditative art experience with Shawn Dullard-McCane (Sattva Project)
  • 2 PM – Dance performance and dialogue on Hispanic community hopes with Louie Marin-Howard and Andrea Solis Tankersley (Pop-Up Project)
  • 3 PM – Poetry and art tour led by poet Kelly Williams
