For children's and adult classes/programs at the Hunter Museum.
Cancellation on the part of the Museum:
The Hunter Museum reserves the right to cancel a program up to a week prior to its start date. In case of a Museum cancellation, class participants will receive a full refund. Museum classes/programs adhere to Hamilton County Public School early dismissal and closings with missed classes rescheduled as appropriate.
Cancellation on the part of the registrant:
Cancellation by the registrant will be honored with a full refund or exchange up to two weeks prior to the start of a class/program. In the case of a cancellation after the two week deadline, the Hunter reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the vacant spot in the class/program cannot be filled by a person on a waiting list. The registrant may also give their registration to another guest as long as the Museum is informed of the gift. Refunds will not be issued to members who use the registration of a non-member and an additional fee may apply to non-members who use the registration of a member.
Discipline:
The Hunter Museum will make every effort to make your child's experience at the Museum an enjoyable one. However, discipline issues in the classroom which interfere with the learning and enjoyment of other students will not be tolerated. In case of a disciple problem the family will be consulted and if the issue can not be resolved in a timely manner the Museum reserves the right to remove the participant from the class/program, in which case a refund in the amount equal to the remaining program hours will be issued to the registrant.
