ENJOY LOCAL BANDS AND SCENIC VIEWS AT THE HUNTER MUSEUM THIS SUMMER

Chattanooga, TN (May 27, 2015) – The Hunter Museum is proud to announce the line-up for its next All American Summer concert series that will provide a variety of music-filled evenings throughout the summer for the entire family to enjoy. 

Beginning July 2, visit the Hunter Museum on Thursday nights at 6:00 PM for great music by local and regional artists, a cash bar and the best views in the city. The fun extends to our July and August FREE First Sundays with music and family-friendly activities. The All American concerts are included with regular admission unless otherwise noted. Evening events also feature a cash bar. Hunter Museum members receive free admission to the entire concert series.  All American Summer concert series is sponsored by Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Tennessee American Water, FirstBank and Brewer Media Group.

General admission is $15 for adults and $7.50 for children.  Hunter Members receive unlimited visits to the museum and discounted admission for events with membership levels beginning at $50 and up. Hot Damn’s genre-defying music mixes elements of Bluegrass, Alternative and Folk into its own unique blend of “Mountain Swamp Boogie” Americana.

ALEX VOLZ | Free Sunday
Enjoy free museum admission to the Hunter’s permanent collection and a chance to see our new temporary exhibition, Monet and American Impressionism ($10 for this special exhibition). We will also be celebrating All-American Summer with a family-friendly performance by Alex Volz on the terrace.

BIRDS WITH FLEAS
Birds With Fleas is what happens when banjo and ukelele meet the backbeat of rock n’ roll and the smooth harmonies of Americana.

Led by epic guitar riffs and soulful vocals, the Cadillac Saints blend together a variety of influences that are sure to leave your ears smiling.

Dark Horse Ten sets the tone for some good old fashioned rock n’ roll.

SMOOTH DIALECTS
Smooth Dialects specializes in funky, jazzy tunes to make you get out on the dance floor.

DANIMAL PINSON | Free Sunday
Explore the Hunter’s permanent collection, along with the temporary exhibition Monet and American Impressionism ($10 for this special exhibition) all to the musical stylings of Danimal Pinson on the terrace.

Thursday, August 6  |  6 p.m.
PACK OF WOLVES
Pack of Wolves is a soulful blues and rock n’ roll group made up of nine veteran musicians sure to get your toes tapping.

REMEMBERING JANUARY
Blackberry Smoke meets Stevie Ray Vaughn for some good old country fun on tonight’s last All-American Summer performance.
