The Hunter Museum offers a variety of classes and workshops for adults through the fall, winter and spring. Explore a new hobby, brush up on old skills, and socialize with new and like minded people.

Thursdays, September 16 – October 21, 6-8 pm
$125 AVA & Hunter Members/$200 Non-Members
This class introduces students to the basic fundamentals of drawing and explores the various styles and techniques necessary to render form. This course focuses on drawing from the still-life, incorporating the practice of drawing from direct observation.

Explore a work of art, an artist's style, a technique or process in greater depth through HandsOn Hunter mini-workshops. Each HandsOn Hunter will focus on a work of art from the Hunter's permanent collection or temporary exhibitions. Join the Hunter on select Thursday evenings this fall for explorations into quilt making, printing, and color.
Are you an artist interested in sharing your craft with others? Rent one of the Hunter's studio classrooms and host a workshop of your own design. Studio spaces are available for $60 per 2 hour session on select Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Contact Erin Noseworthy for more information.
