The iLead 2011 Series takes place at the Hunter Museum of American Art as two full-day sessions on Oct. 4 and 5. All participants and their sponsoring managers/mentors are invited to attend a welcome reception on Oct. 3 at 5:30 p.m.
The series includes four courses, and each course is approximately 3 hours in length.
Oct. 4: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Learn leadership best practices from the research of Kouzes and Posner and how to maximize your personal communication style to realize your business leadership potential.
Develop an understanding of the elements of high performing teams based on the research of Jon Kazenbach and how to apply these to the teams you lead.
Oct. 5: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Explore how the interpretive skills of creativity and the inspiration of design thinking impact your potential to develop a “Blue Ocean” type strategy of uncontested market space.
Explore change readiness, delegation, and mind mapping as critical tools for mobilizing your strategy for maximum business results.
REGISTER NOW and receive early-bird pricing for the course: $725 per participant until Sept. 26, 2011 at 5 p.m. Registration after Sept. 26 is $825 per participant. Registration fees include all sessions and materials. (Lunch on each day is not included.)
