THE SCIENCE OF ART WITH THE CREATIVE DISCOVERY MUSEUM

  • Hunter Museum of American Art 10 Bluff View Chattanooga, Tennessee 37403 USA

The Hunter is partnering with teens in the Museum Apprentice Program at the Creative Discovery Museum to connect families with STEM-inspired discussions of the Beth Lipman exhibition, followed by a studio activity.

These interactive tours are created just for families, particularly for youth aged 8 – 12 (though younger children can join). Families may attend this hour long program at 11 am, 12 pm, or 1 pm.

All children and members will receive free admission; general adult admission is $15. Space is limited for each hour session, so to reserve your spot, contact Rachel White, Assistant Curator of Education, at rwhite@huntermuseum.org.

UPDATE: Our 11 am and 1 pm slots are now full. Families are welcome to drop-in for our noon tour slot on a first come, first serve basis. Thank you!
