Spectrum Silent Auction – Thursday, November 10 | 6-9pm
Spectrum Gala and Live Auction – Saturday, November 12 | 6-10pm
We’re fast approaching one of the highlights in the Hunter’s annual calendar: Spectrum!
Spectrum is the premier arts gala in Chattanooga, and the Hunter Museum’s largest and most important fundraiser of the year. 2016 Gala Chairs J.V. and Ginger Vaughn have announced an exciting update to the traditional gala event. While the Thursday night silent auction will remain in the Museum Atrium, Saturday evening’s black-tie dinner and live auction festivities will be held under a grand tent on the beautiful River Terrace.
From Asheville and Chattanooga to Santa Fe, Dallas, and New York, Art Selection Chairs John and Mary Beth Bode and the committee members have visited galleries near and far to choose just the right art for this year’s Spectrum auctions. They are selecting a range of special works designed to suit the spectrum of collectors’ tastes. The artwork to be auctioned will be available for online previewing in late October. Stay tuned!
