Bring your family for a free day of gallery exploration, collection tours, crafts for the kids and a chance to explore the Christmas trees throughout the museum. On this Sunday we will also commemorate World AIDS day with a viewing of the Southeast Tennessee AIDS Memorial Quilt. And at visitors will be invited to join us for a collaboration between Chattanooga State performers and visual artists experimenting with prepared and improvised responses to works of art with opportunities for the audience to participate in the experience as well.
Free admission to view the Hunter Museum’s permanent collection. However, a $5 fee is required to view the special temporary exhibition, New York Times Magazine Photography.
